This Cookies Policy explains how Haajri (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and web apps. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, SDK events and pixels (together, “cookies”).

Who sets them?

  • First-party cookies — set by Haajri to provide the service.
  • Third-party cookies — set by vendors that provide analytics, performance or integration services (only where enabled).

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly Necessary — required for security, authentication, load balancing and basic navigation. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Functionality — remember choices (language, theme, site selection) to personalise your experience.
  • Analytics & Performance — measure usage (pages viewed, features used, error diagnostics) to improve reliability and usability. We use aggregated or pseudonymised reports where possible.
  • Integrations — enable optional connections with third-party tools (e.g., HRMS/ERP, communication or file services) configured by your organisation.

What data do cookies collect?

Cookie data may include device and browser identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, session IDs, timestamps, pages and actions taken, preference flags, and technical diagnostics. We do not store facial verification data in cookies.

How we use cookie information

  • To sign you in securely and keep sessions active across pages.
  • To remember your settings (site, role, dark mode, filters).
  • To understand feature adoption and improve performance.
  • To support integrations your organisation has enabled.

Managing your preferences

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Consent banner — on your first visit you can accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences (available anytime via the footer link if your organisation enables it).
  • Browser settings — block or delete cookies via your browser. Essential features may not work if you block strictly necessary cookies.
  • Do Not Track — many browsers offer DNT; while not standardised, we aim to honour applicable signals where feasible.

Retention

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies typically last from 1 day to 13 months (or shorter where required by law) unless you clear them earlier. LocalStorage items persist until deleted.

Third-party cookies

Where enabled by your organisation, we may use reputable analytics or integration providers. These providers process data under their own policies and contracts with us or your organisation. You can view or change consent to these categories via Manage Cookie Preferences.

International transfers

If cookie data is processed outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards (contractual and technical) to protect it in line with applicable laws.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this Cookies Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified in-product.
