What is an active worker?
For attendance billing, an active worker is a registered worker who records at least one valid attendance entry during the billing month.
Do you charge for registered but inactive workers?
No. A worker with no valid attendance entries during the billing month has no attendance usage charge.
How is attendance pricing calculated?
Each valid Clock-In entry costs ₹1 and each valid Clock-Out entry costs ₹1. The maximum charge is ₹2 per worker per attendance day and ₹60 per active worker per billing month.
What happens if a worker only clocks in?
Only the recorded entry is billed. A single valid Clock-In or Clock-Out entry costs ₹1.
What happens if a worker attends for only 15 days?
If the worker records both Clock-In and Clock-Out for 15 days, the attendance charge is ₹30.
Can a worker be charged more than ₹60 in one month?
No. The attendance module charge is capped at ₹60 per active worker per billing month.
Are other Haajri modules included in this price?
The usage pricing shown on this page applies to the attendance module. Additional modules, integrations, devices, implementation, and enterprise configurations may be priced separately.
Is offline attendance included?
Yes. Attendance can be captured in supported offline workflows and synced when connectivity is restored.
Is kiosk mode included?
Yes. Haajri supports shared-device kiosk attendance for authorised workforce locations.
